Povzetek:

Pričujoči esej obravnava bistvene elemente t. i.

Abstract:

Method Acting (historcal description)

The essay deals with key elements of the so-called Method Acting, which was in this term globally popularized by Lee Strasberg, the most prominent American acting pedagogue of the twentieth century. The frame for the system of acting, is based on a sensorial experience, was established before him by Konstantin Sergejevič Stanislavski, the renowned Russian acting teacher and pedagogue, who has enabled Strasberg more than adequate foundation for further creative exploration with his pioneering contribution. In Slovenia, their teaching approach on the field of acting is being successfully continued – and in many aspects even upgraded – by brothers Janez and Andrej Vajevec.
