The article considers the phenomenon of Pasolini’s genius as an organic realisation of the far-reaching consequences of the 1960s and 1970s cultural revolutions through the prism of the Teorema project. His critique could be characterised by the paradoxical phrase “left-wing traditionalism”, which was able to produce its own form of liberation theology, infuse its spirit into art forms and thus revitalise them.
