Who Awakens, Where do They Awaken? 

The absence that the original Twin Peaks (1990–91) was built on was that of Laura Palmer. The absence that The Return (2017) is built on is that of agent Dale Cooper. Will he manage to return from the Lodge, in what shape and what answers will this provide about the phantasm of Twin Peaks and its origin? Can we understand Twin Peaks by comparing it to Mulholland Dr. (2001) and answer the basic Lynchian question: Who is the dreamer?
