In the 2024/2025 academic year, we developed and carried out the first edition of the Peer-to-Peer Film Criticism Workshop for the Visegrad Film Forum in Bratislava, conducted by students of Film and Television Studies at UL AGRFT under the mentorship of Assistant Professor Maja Krajnc. This year, the workshop took place in Bratislava for the second time, with Lina Horvat and Blaž Andrašek joining her as co-mentors and moderators. Following the screenings of student films, discussions and writing sessions enabled participants not only to analyse the films, but also to develop their own approaches to writing and to engage in dialogue with peers from other film schools. The process moved from collective viewing through discussions and meetings with filmmakers to the gradual development of texts—from initial notes to final drafts.
